INTRODUCTION
Teacher plays a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the students. There are
diversity of students and by being an inclusive teacher there is overall development of the
students (Björk-Åman and et.al., 2021). In this report, there is discussion related to aims of
education and training. There is need of having learning programmes that will enhance the way
of learning. The use of latest technology is necessary for the students and teachers as they
develop them. The link must be established with other professionals as well. The strengths and
weakness are being analysed so that actions of improvement are taken.
TASK A
1.1 Explain key aims of education and training
It is important to take care about the aims and objectives of education so that real goals can
be attained. They are attained below:
Social Aim: There is need of taking care about the social needs of the Safeguarding
children and vulnerable adults. This can be done by interacting with them in regular basis
and helping them at each and every level so that better results are attained.
Vocational Aim:The aim is to make the individuals capable of living their life. They are
learnt to respect the labour and fill the gaps(Kourgiantakis and et.al., 2022). Effective
education is required to treat the students in such a manner that skills are enhanced.
Moral aim: It is to enhance the moral values to the students. They are required to
achieve a good position in society. It is necessary to grow in their life’s.
I keep all this in my mind while teaching the students. My aim is to provide opportunity to all
of them so that they can learn effectively.
1.2 Analyse philosophical issues relating to education and training
The most basic problem is related to not achieving aims and objectives. There are various
issues including diversity of students. They are unable to understand the information taught to
them. Sometime the teacher is unable to monitor the progress of the students and then it is
problematic to provide them effective teaching aids. The lack of resources in teaching also
causes problem while teaching the Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. The health and

are being given best place. The barriers of communication are also treated as philosophical issues
for the students. The requirement of providing best condition to the students is important for all
the students so that the learn at each and every level. I work to eliminate these barriers and to
provide best place to the students where they can learn and enhance their knowledge.
2.1 Describe the aims and structure of key qualifications in own specialist area
Teaching is a best practice for every student in order to carry out the learning and
development stages. Every teacher has to be a diet to their key qualification in own area of
subject. They need to attend effective degrees and vital courses in order to ensure their training
in a reputed institution. For providing safeguarding practices to vulnerable student I need to have
a degree in safeguarding practices from a reputed University and Masters in the subject areas.
Also, the aim of key qualification is to provide professional knowledge to a teacher in order to
guide and assist student without any confusion and delays. Also, the structure of qualification is
differentiating in every area of field (Anka, Thacker, and Penhale, 2020). Being a teacher of
safeguarding practices I need to adapt modular and linear structure in which I will ascertain
learner issues and try to find their problems first. Through linear structure I could possibly
choose the correct pathway which will be effective for student understanding about the
importance of safeguarding.
2.2 Describe the aims and structure of learning programmes in own specialist area
A learning program is a crucial activity in education and training. These programs are
meant for students’ active participation in learning activities. It shows that, a student engage in
learning programs gets new knowledge and behaviour by undertaking fact and other educational
policies in consideration. The learning programs are mainly conducted for enhancing student
skills and capabilities to cope up with future uncertainties (Russell, and Higgins, 2020). In
safeguarding and vulnerable practices the main aim of learning program is to conduct workshop
seminars and lectures to promote safeguarding practices among students who are unaware about
its usage. Many vulnerable adults are facing difficulties in life long process so that they need to
be aware about their right and policies which can prevent them from causes and provide them
safe living. Therefore it shows that in own area the structure of learning program can we
developed through presenting the safeguarding needs through setting appropriate timings and

location for conducting seminar promote specialized knowledge and experts guidance. The
structure also includes maximum student participation from the university and other local areas
to interact with several problems and provide many issues that can relate to any adult.
2.3 Explain about own approach to planning and preparation in delivery of a learning
programme.
It is necessary to have own approach to planning and preparation in delivery of learning
programmers. Learning approaches are necessary in delivery learning programs in an effective
manner by setting objectives and goals. Every teacher has its own criteria and approaches to
deliver learning programs as per their field of specialisation. By being a teacher of safeguarding
practices, I use practical form of approaches in which the students could apply learning in their
real life scenarios (Draugedalen, Kleive, and Grov, 2021). I state plans and activities to assure
that each individual relates the scenario with their daily life routines and Undertaker's to
overcome with Complex problems in safeguarding on health and mental conditions. The main
approach of delivery learning programs is to first make the adults aware about being safe and
secured about their mental conditions and vulnerability which can be taken advantages by the
other people. They need to learn about all the rights and legal provisions which are in their
favour so that they could safeguard themselves with misleading practices. The aim of learning
program is to deliver interesting and fruitful knowledge to the vulnerable people to make their
life easy and protected.
3.1 how inclusive of own approach to the planning and executing learning programme in own
specialist area
The learning programs are prepared and deliver for the betterment of students and their
skills and knowledge. Therefore inclusive practices are important in teaching and training even
in safeguarding practices. Inclusive environment is all about providing students a basic
knowledge to be professional once by understanding their past skills and knowledge. Inclusive it
will lead to understand much better about the students’ growth and potential so that the further
action can be taken fruitfully (Levine, Morton, and’Reilly, 2020). So by being a teacher of
safeguarding practices , my own inclusive approach is to first make the student understand about
the rights and responsibilities towards safeguarding for own self. This learning will make sure
that it each individual can take their own decisions for being safe and out of mental conditions.

The inclusive approaches ascertain common behavior among students by providing them
knowledge through conducting learning programs and interesting activities.
3.2 Explain how own approach to the planning and preparation of a learning programme in own
specialist area to solve curriculum issues
The planning and preparation of learning program needs to be specifically design through
own approaches in specialisation area. Curriculum is a vital documentation which a teacher
needs to involve in their teaching practices. Curriculum contains all the information and duration
of all the activities which includes learning programs, lectures and other activities that will carry
out learning in a systematic ways (Cocker, Cooper, and Holmes, 2022). The planning and
preparing learning programs will lead to solve curriculum issues that are lack of communication
lack of understanding to learning preferences and inclusivity in the environment. By using digital
technology like handouts zoom and other platforms can easily assure that all the learning
differences are met during the learning program.
4.1 Analyse ways in which teaching and learning resources, including new and emerging
technologies
There is several numbers of ways in order to use teaching and learning resources in an
effective manual. A learner could learn effectively and a teacher could teach effectively through
using many resources in the modern era. These resources are effectively designed for the
betterment of communication coordination and engagement with students to assure that they are
aware about all the information and guidance about the educational practices. In safeguarding
and valuable adult practices many digital technology and other resources like and handouts,
zoom, moodle and kohoot in order to engage with the students and solve their well and ability
issues (Dresser, 2018). These learning resources are emerging and have active involvement of
users in a wide range of platform. Teaching become easy and approachable to find out what the
students are facing and provide them necessary solution.
4.2 Analyse the inclusiveness of own use of teaching and learning resources in a specialist area
In own area of teaching the inclusive practice involve use of learning resources and
digital technology in order to provide better guidelines. As I use different social media platform
like zoom, other software like kohoot and moodle, they are effective to create inclusive
environment as all the students get the same opportunity to deal with their issues and ask doubts.

with other specialist in order to guide for better teaching practices. These are the individuals who

which need to be considered in the institution. Being a teacher of safeguarding and vulnerable
practices for adults and children liaise with other is an important thing to take effective guidance
and their support for fulfilling individual learners requirement and their preferences. It is not
necessary that every teacher can understand what they student wants in the group of large
number so that Liaise will help in taking part of teaching practices to involve with number of
students who have different approaches and learning attitude towards life (Russell, and Higgins,
2019). It is all about taking help from others but be responsible for own at and performance in
the teaching area. Teachers are not always known about everything and require guidance and
specialization in their own field. It is an human tendency that they require support and assistance
in the field of educating others as it does not stop anyway in the life and continues to go as per
the changes occurred in the modern environment. Therefore, taking help with others in the
specific field will be helpful and knowledgeable for the Teachers as well. In my own practice, I
make sure that I indulge other expert and my field specialize people to conduct learning
programs and support students growth (Gamage, Silva, and Gunawardhana, 2020). There are
many cases in which it become difficult to understand what does the learner suffering from the
situation and what they are required for the better solution. for that instance these people help in
engaging students and solve their problems true conducting competitions challenges
brainstorming and self assessing task in which both features and learners could improve their
knowledge and find opportunities in the current global market.

The liaison in teaching could be with any teachers’ , expert and other professionals who
are specialized in own area of professional. In this competitive education, there are a lot of
changes and upgradation has been arrived that are not possible to remember everything at every
time while studying students. By taking help with other teachers and trainers it becomes effective
teaching by analyzing all the topic and criteria which need to be cover in today session while
taking lectures on daily basis (Daoust, and Dyvik, 2020). It creates positive impact in taking help
with other teachers and trainers to learn about on professional area and do not miss any important

the person are actually not well in their conditions and they require some serious opinions and
assistance into their life. So the trainers are the experience personalities who have went through
this experience over several years so they have more knowledge about how to handle a complex
situation and solve student’s problem. By taking their assistance I could be able to learn some
new areas and practices which I need to develop in own practice so in absence of the trainers and
other teachers, I could take decisions and provide solutions as early as possible. It has analyses
that in own teaching practices it is an opportunity to take help with other trainers who will guide
me with their experiences and provide me opportunity to come across with many new situations
in life and solve student problem (Drápala, 2020). It will lead to my own personal and career
development as a teacher by working with expert and trainers. Also it is beneficial and impactful
for the life of students to get engage with training classes so that they would easily communicate
about their problems and will get the most valuable solutions. The trainer helps in identifying the
learner issue and their problems in learning style and communicates it with the teachers to take
appropriate actions. Hence the contribution is valuable to take participate in learning programs
and conduct training sessions. Therefore in order to look for the assistance, the teachers needs to
take care about the learning styles and behavior with will have impact on students mental health.
