Introduction
Career pathway can be described as integrated collection
of different services and programs which is aiming to
develop different core academic of students,
employability and technical skills that offer education
training and also place it in high demand as well as high
job opportunities (Kim, and Joen, 2019). It is a strategy
that is related to workforce development used in US to
provide support to transition of workers into workforce.

Mind Map
Mind map can be described as illustration that includes use of phrase and keyword in middle and lined
that can be connected from middle to main idea and also connecting different lines from main ideas
(Machin, Moscato, and Dadzie, , 2021). There are different steps to be taken in order to develop mind

Primary and secondary research
There are different type of pictures used in mood board which is a part of secondary
research. Secondary research can be described as collation, summary and synthesis for
existing research (Peng, 2018). It is contrasted with primary research that consist
generation of data and also using primary research as a source of data for analysis.

Annotation
◦1 Annotation: Food photography is something of interest and passion that can be seen
from these pictures and also explains what I feel about it.
◦2 Annotation: On basis of these pictures, it is also identified, pictures are something
that gain attention of people by attracting them.

Final Mind Map
For purpose of creating final mind map, it is essential for a person to place art specialism in
centre and also then start writing. Food photography is a art specialism that allow me to
integrate my knowledge and skills. It helps me to show my passion and talent to people and
attract them towards a hospitality organisation. It is an important art specialism in hospitality
industry that assist them to attract more customers towards their organisation. It is one of field of
my interest as I have interest in this field (Wong, et. al. 2019).

Research
On basis of secondary research, information related to award winning photographer is
identified. One of photographer names as Kimberly Espinel who is specialised in food
photography has developed their career in this field. She has won different award for
food photography. She is a photographer, stylish, blogger and educator (Yu, Sirsat, and
Madera, 2018).

There are different types of pictures are pasted below which is related to the Espinel's
food which are very beneficial for us to make new and innovative way to make the
process more competitive in the market. The pictures which are give below has provide
many opportunities for the success and also provide chances of the growth which makes
