INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse the key area of education and trainings. Teaching is a vital
practice for students which makes them learn and develop new knowledge and skills. Teaching
and learning goes hand in hand which involve vital practices for both students and teacher.
Therefore, a teacher needs to include various practices of teaching aids to provide best training
and knowledge to students. An individual keeps the knowledge throughout the life which they
have taught in education life (Baleghizadeh, and Aghazadeh, 2020). Therefore, this report is
going to analyse the teaching practices for the own area of specialisation i.e. teaching in English
language. There will be discussion of the aims of teaching, philosophies, qualifications and
planning preparing for learning. Also, the report will showcase the impact of liaison with other
teachers. Also, a reflection will be provided in order to analyse own strength and needs for
improvement.

1.1 Key aims of education and training in own specialist area.
Every teacher has its aims to provide aims of education in the own specialisation area.
The aims in education plays vital role for the teacher to specify their objectives for the teaching.
The aims in English language of teaching is that the teacher needs make the learners
communicate effectively. They need to use good English in the overall curriculum which is the
part of student education. These aims will in garbing learners interest towards the teaching. As a
English language trainee, there is need to make student interest in the literature through give
them interested plays, stories, reading and writing. Therefore, the teacher will set these aims to
apply at practical teaching practice. In learning English language, the students are required to
have related skills such as writing, listening and reading to understand what teacher speaks and
be able to communicate with others.
1.2 Philosophical issues relating to education and training
Philosophies are that part of individual nature which focus on their thinking and attitude
while taking decisions (Charles, 2019). Every teacher teach with different philosophies to the
students that makes them different while delivering ideas and knowledge. The teacher has own

The qualifications are important in the teaching field which helps the teacher to achieve
their aims and objectives. The key qualifications are required in the English language is to hold a
degree in in literature and language. There are many responsibilities and requirements must be
addressed by the teacher which are knowledge of teaching methods, understanding of UK
curriculum and English language requirements. A patient and calm personality and degree in
BSc, BA in English language and MSC. Also, the English language teacher needs to have aim to
be informant and make tabular presentations of information to keep the information systematic.
2.2 aims and structure of learning programmes in own specialist area
Learning programmes are essential in the education and trainings. These programmes
helps the learners to achieve the required qualification with efficiency (Dash, and Kuddus,
2020). The teachers will create these programmes as per their subject area which is best suit with
the topic and interest of students. In the learning language and literature, the teacher might create
programmes through concerning the teaching environment, educational content, school
management also funding and resourcing. These will helps the learners to acquire the knowledge
in proficient manner. The structure of learning programmes for English language is to first learn
to read and write and the programmes will involve all the activities related to it.
2.3 explain approach to planning and preparing of delivering learning programmes.
Planning and delivering learning programmes are based on the approaches which
teachers use. It incudes all the effective teaching methods that aids which are vital for achieving
teaching aims and objectives. The learning programmes could be based upon classroom levels or
an extended version of the programmes. These will be conducted through proper planing about
area of requirement which needs to be improve in learners. Understand their stages of learning
like outlining, decision and mapping stage. In teaching for English language, it is necessary to
make the curriculum first, engage and motivate learners to participate and make sure that all the

learning involvement through interacting with them and take feedbacks.

every different individual have different attitude and skills so that, the teacher needs to work on
all of them and work on their preferences (Hellman, Harris, and Wilbur, 2019). They need to
involve in giving basic trainings which will help the students to learn complex concepts easily. In
own approach of planning and preparing for learning programmes, the approach which will
going to use making curriculum, learn and make use of effective vocabulary so that all the
learners will be able to understand the language easily. Also, there will be more focus put on the
disable students who require more concentration and have low motor skills development.

curriculum
This approaches play vital role in the planning and preparing the programmes and set
curriculum. This require the need for using best approach which will eliminate the barriers and
issues in curriculum (Ho, 2020). Therefore, the planning and preparing the learning programmes
will be easily made through the process of approaches. In the own area of specialisation that is
teaching in English language, it will require time table approach and the regulations approach In
which the teacher will set a time table for the learners so that they will manage to study the
language most prominently. Mainly the students does not put much efforts and make time for
learning language due to getting busy with other subjects. Therefore, this will be an issue in
curriculum that could be resolve through learning programmes.
4.1 how teaching and learning resources including technology meet individual learners need
The teaching and learning resources are necessary to meet with the learner need. These
resources helps the teacher to give proper training to the students. The teaching resources are
also known as teaching aids. These are also known as vital tools which will get the learners
interest and [provide them hustle free learning. As emerging technologies like Moodle, canvas,
educator and projectors are helpful to deliver information to all the students. The new form of
online technologies provide better services to the students at home and they could easily learn
and write through using software like MS-word, Excel and Power point. It also helps in fulfil

individuals need in English language as the learners could read book, sub,it their articles and
content through Moodle.
4.2 analyse inclusiveness of own use of teaching and learning resources
In the own area of specialisation in teaching English language, the inclusiveness
describes how these resources are helpful for all the learners present in classroom. As their are
some disabled students and has weak learning power. As a teacher, there is need to provide them
guidance to use the technologies effectively (Liontas, and TESOL International Association,
2018). The teacher need to give step by step guidance so that, they could not suffer with
technological barriers. These students must be concerned much often. The teacher should
provide information about using a particular teaching resource through proving sample video and
examples. They should not rely on students and start with basic training.
5.1 liaison with others within specialist area
A liaison is the act of maintaining clear communication with other institution,
organisation and people to work with utmost integrity. As a role of professional teacher, it is
necessary to collaborate and give guidance with other in order to improve own area of teaching.
No individual or teacher is perfect as they also learn from experiences (Yazan, and Rudolph,
eds., 2018). Therefore, in the area of English language, while providing teaching and meeting
with learners need, I will collaborate with other teachers also to keep myself updated about the
roles and responsibilities, new updates in the literature and make sure that the students take the
best knowledge from my teaching presentation.
5.2 Review the impact of liaison with other teachers and trainers
It is necessary for a teacher to get liaison with other teachers and trainer. As every teacher
has different experience in their teaching field. These experiences could be in terms of teaching
to disable students, work overtime, support online teaching and learn new technologies. These
teaching practices require solution with the experienced individuals in order to be efficient in
delivering teaching. The teacher will be able to provide online teaching in the time of Covid-19
pandemic(Samalot-Rivera, Treadwell, and Sato, 2018). This will impact on the meeting with
the needs of learner. It will create positive impact on the teachers that they will get updated and
encourage to build connections with other trainers. They will help them to take better decision if
someone is new in the filed of teacher or just completed their education.

6.1 review effectiveness of own knowledge and skills in specialist area
In the own area of specialism which is English language, the effectiveness of own skills
and knowledge are quite good. In order to deliver teaching in English literature, I have much
ability to communicate in English to create the same environment for students. Also, I have skills
of cooperating and make the classroom interactive which helps me to gain student interest
towards the subject topic. It has seen that, many students does not take interest in stories and
language and does not make time for that, so I keep them engage In classroom activities which is
helpful to make their improvements and improve language (Si, 2019). I am much effective in
delivering good teaching to the students which is helpful in improving vocabulary.
6.2 Identify own strength and areas of improvement in own specialist area
In the own area of English language teaching. There are various of strength present in
myself which will help me to provide great knowledge to the students. My core strength includes
ability to learn new things quickly. The much I will learn, the more I could make my students
learn for the new concepts. In provide language learning, I keep them interacting through my
good vocabulary and communication skills. It will help me to make a joyful environment and
encourage English in the classroom. Apart from this, I need to improve some of my areas of
English language and teaching practice. I need to manage the time properly in order to fulfil the
aims of curriculum (Turan, and Akdag-Cimen, 2020). So that, I could make time for revision
and tests in the classroom. Also, I need to be more concern about the development of special
students through giving extra time to help to make them learn and confident in speaking.
6.3 Identify opportunities to improve and update own knowledge and skills
In the own specialism of English language, there are many opportunities to update the
knowledge and skills on the topic. These opportunities include use of social media, digital
platforms to be updated about new vocabulary, teaching aids and language proficiencies. As the
language not have much often updates so I will try to get best teaching styles which will help me
to describe the learners the grammatical concepts, verbs and phrases.

The report has concluded that teaching an learning practices are essential for both
teaching and learning. The report has identify aims, structure's for teaching in English language.
Therefore, the report has shown how the resources like digital technologies are helpful for
meeting individuals needs. It has shown own strength and areas for improvement to provide
