applied and i.e. pre scientific or the irrational belief that was accept by group a long time ago.
Such type of theory mainly says that, group that are incessantly believing that Tom who is
having a difficult behaviour or activity can be origin because of a particular reason like
superstitious, different power and effects.
On the other side, biological belief introduces as an another effective theory which is
mainly related with challenging behaviour of an individual. Along with this, concept of
behaviour was basically based on logical and biological bases. According to the case, it can be
introduced that group are physically challenged. Third belief is social construction concept
which is akin to the social framework of disability. Hence, in this case it can be defined that the
actual case mainly related on biological belief where an individual (Tom) has met with an
occurrence and by which a issue came in front and i.e. Insomnia.
4.2
There are numerous patients within Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation who have
challenging behaviour due to their mental as well as physical disability (Winter and et.al., 2016).
For example, if Tom is aggressive in nature and started behaving abnormally then it will directly
effect environment of Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation. There are few challenges that has
to be manage by manager of respective foundation while dealing with challenging behaviour of
patients. Explanation of these challenges are as follows :- Protection issues- It is the major aspect which have to be manage by manager for
providing safe environment to their patients. Within Somerset Partnership NHS

image of Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation. Hence there is provision of power of
attorney in which managers of health care association can make judgement in urgency.
Violent behaviour- In health care association there is an issue in which patient act in
aggressive nature. Although, there are few patients that are mentally ill as well as they
don't have any idea related to right or wrong. Thus, it give negative impact on
environment of Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation as well as possibilities of physical
violence with employees. In the situation when special person acts violently, this is the
major risk that affects satisfaction of staff members.
4.3
The people with specific needs are the leading concern within health and social care
services of United Kingdom. Hence, different strategies and policies should be taken up to make
sure the satisfaction of the requirement related to the individuals with specific needs (Fine and
Beck, 2015). In addition to this, the challenging behaviours of the person with specific needs
may turn up against the health and social workers. Therefore, the above mentioned strategies as
well as approaches for working with challenging behaviours of the patients and users of the
health care has below mention impacts-
It is important that strategies should be successful in most of the cases.
Aspects of strategies have to be improved as per the changing need of society as well as
have to be adjusted according to that.
Along with this, strategies have to be friendly for both patients and health workers.
Strategies must be focus towards patients and then workers.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it has been concluded that, it is important to understand
requirement of individual before providing them services. So that, services can be offered in
effective manner and make satisfy individual and their family members. Although, in providing
services not only care taker play important role but entire association have their big hand behind
it. Thus, it is necessary to identify issue behind human behind illness and then have to provide
treatment.
