INTRODUCTION
Events are the kind of programme and activity which is performing country by country
for the purpose of running country and economy. As people have different functions. Culture,
values and traditions which are performing to feel the happiness and developing of country. If all
events are organised properly then it will be opportunity to grow the country. The report is based
on Splendour in the Grass that is annual Australian music festival held at the North Byron
Parklands in Yelgun, New South Wales (Tran, 2019). When it has started then held in various
location near Byron Bay, New South Wales, and Woodford, Queensland. This festival jointly
created and promoted by the village Sounds Agency and Secret service music companies, began
in 2001. This event make happy to people in Australia where it develop the economy and
maintain good performance. As a event analyst different topics are covers in report such as key
project and event management principles in managing event, core fundamental operational
activities uses in running national event, evaluation of main sustainability issues of this event in
design input and outcomes. Moreover, it covers corporate social responsibility and issues that are
undertaking in event and improvement of shareholder's well being in running the festival.

development of small and large scale of personal and corporate events such as festival,
conferences, weddings, concerts, conventions, and ceremonies. This can be defined as if all
events and festivals are organised properly then it supports to develop the country and manage
the all activities.
As a event analyst different key project are required to manage a Splendour in the Grass
By applying event management methodologies it can be defined as opportunities for
arranging a successful event that can help to make happy to people and increase the country
development. Different stages are required to perform in managing the event such as:

donation to green environment movements like renewable energy resources. It mainly involves
types of markets such as handicraft foods, theatre and drinks which are generally sponsored by
radio and TV stations. They organizes various activities such as bloc party, kaiser chiefs, arctic
monkeys, lily, Allen, , horror, magnolia electric company, sigur ros, band of horses, devo, lyrics

after being publishing. It cost approximately $125. But later eBay started selling the
tickets in black for about $3000. Then the organizers to an event started sending the
letters to eBay in the form of cease and desist. Moreover, 150 ticket sellers were also
selling tickets in black. But eBay refused their letters by saying that tickets are the
products of eBay and now it's a responsibility of eBay to sell tickets in the prices they
want. Event organizers don't have any rights to claim this to them. But anyhow they

fought against this black selling ticket system and achieved that. Then it became the
lengthy process of ticket selling for organizers as well as for the customers also. Transport Issue: There were complaints files because of this issue happened in the event.
Free trips were served by the event so it caused three hours to seven hours delay every
time and drivers also complaint about it because till they reach the event, half of the
activities they missed out or sometimes full. Solution they made was to extend the event
timings of food and drinks so that nobody could go hungry after a long delay due to
transport. This was a major issue which raised the less number attendees in an event and
it also impacts the image of a event because of such delays in transport facilities.
 Venue issues: These issues raised because of environmental issues caused by them, most
of the gardens and resorts rejected this offer to the organizers of this event because they
were affective the environment in many ways such as soil and water issues, erosion and
sedimentation, contamination, mitigation and management, noise and vibration issues,
visual and lighting, Air quality and greenhouse gases, ecology, threatened flora, traffic
and transport, infrastructure, services, waste, electricity and telecommunications. These
were creating hindrance to the management to organize the event (Splendour in the

Corporate social responsibility is defined as activity which is required to be perform by
management of organisation and event that can help to operate all activities and functions. If
organisation is participating in CSR activities by contributing a fixed percentage of their income
which helps to improve the brand image and maintain higher performance. By using the CSR
activities in Splendour in the Grass event for the purpose of increasing people insights and
managing the all activities. The issues which are pertaining in Splendour in the Grass while
contributing in CSR activities as it helps to influence the people and make them happy. But some
issues are related as setting of budget, management of activities, how much part should be
contribute and in which activities such amount will be used (Albuquerque, Koskinen and Zhang,
2019).

Improvement that is needed in this event can be the improvement of ticketing issue, they
are fought against black selling that's fine but then too they are facing delaying in ticket selling to
their customers. Ticket management needs highly improvement in its systems by at least making
the people aware a six months ago about the event so that they start planning accordingly to
attend the event because last minute ticket selling can surely be a problem for various customers
in buying and organizers in selling. In context of transport issue, they were facing delays in
arriving and attending the event so organizers decided to extend the timings of the event, but this
is not only the solution they must adopt. Instead of free trips, they must take some amount and
regulate the bus drivers to not delay the transport time even if customers are delaying back to
back so that other customers who are on time could enjoy the event successfully. Issues in venue
resulted in an environmental causes negatively so no landlord was allowing to conduct the vent
at their place. Improvement is needed such as proper planning is required before organizing an
event so that they do not cause such hazardous issues to the environment. Appropriate
management is needed about the usage of water, sound, electricity, crowd, air pollution and
many more. These are the serious things and issues which need to be highly sorted out for better,
effective and efficient organization of an event by adopting all these improvements can really
benefit the event in all it's ways of directing, controlling and management operations (Splendour

uses to inform people and increasing the feeling of happiness. If all events are organised and
