Reporting spoof mails
In order to report a spoofing email for this organization, a new mail thread has to be
created, after the creation of the mail thread the spoofing mail must be attached to thread.
After attaching the spoofed email, the link of the website of the spoof has to be copied in the
body of the email. Sometimes, it can be seen that the spoof emails cannot be copied, however
in that scenario, the spoof mail has to be forwarded to [e-mail]. In the
following step the mail has to be sent in the above mentioned address.

essential details of the phishing emails such as the content of the email, and time has to be
provided.

This retail organization has provided guidelines regarding phishing emails in a
detailed modus. The first step of action of any suspicious email activity is not to click on any
of the emails which are coming from irrevalent web locations. In the phishing email there are
links provided by the social engineers which must not be clicked under any given
circumstances. There are business cards for each of the employee working in this retail
organization and the card statements have to be checked in the first place. After checking the

accounts, all the saved payments have to be deleted and the password of the Walmart account
has to be changed.
