INTRODUCTION
Sport and physical activity is an important part of the healthier and safe life. Therefore, it is
important to adopt such activities to be fit and active. Motive to develop such a sport plan is to
create awareness of the importance of the sports in one’s life. Objective is to generate interest
among people towards sports for better lifestyle. The following discussion is made on the outline
of the plan and detailing to it.
