company Sport Love when management did not conduct the frequent performance feedback
meetings which then led to the disruptions in the operations of the firm.
Semantic barriers: Semantic barriers are those which are related to signs, symbols, gestures being
misinterpreted by the person for whom it was done. Sport Love company have employees from
across the world with different cultures that makes them interpret the communication in a different
way. This leads to ineffective communication in the company.
