CONCLUSION
It is concluded that sport development plan is more essential for elderly age group because
they require huge fitness and healthy culture. Therefore, this report is all about promoting and
encouraging the sports to the people who are in need of fitness and health. Hence, the whole
development plan is made in detail so that process of executing the plan can be more in brief and
descriptive manner because it specifies each and every requirement of the plan from resources to
the time duration required to implement such development plan. It is analysed that how the old
age people can take up such activities so that they could not suffer any health or physical
problem. Instructors are more experienced who will be handling such plan for all the activities
that are in the execution part. This report covers the outline of the development plan which gives
the small brief about the plan that is to be executed with the target group and it also consist the
detailing of the sport plan which includes each and every detail of the plan from cost, people,
participation, time duration, venue, benefits and many more. Sport development is a great
initiative that any one could take because it only helps people in maintaining it's physical health
but mental health as well.
