Introduction
With the increasing automation in all the daily life activities taking place its unavoidable for
today's organizations to ignore such technologies. Few of such technologies implementation
bring about the reduction in cost when compared to conventional methods and also reduces
the efforts required by humans. These are one of the few advantages of technology in today’s
world and the list goes on like error reduction, consistency, data integrated form, complete
utilization, data security, and data integrity, etc.
We have discussed the role of technology because as the new manager for a non-profit
organization of soccer team. As a new manager, we would look into implementing new
software for team management. This software needs to perform actions like budget
management, participants tracking like performance, salary, etc. (Sportlyzer.com, 2019)

The productivity and security software the soccer league needs.
For our project of bringing automation to manage the team for the company. To do so we are
going to select SPORTLYZER web application to manage the team and budget information
required to manage the organization.
To understand the company SPORTSLYZER was established in the year 2010 is a sports
associated technology company that provides web services to amateurs club of sports and
youth with services like training management and membership. This company is
headquartered in Tartu, Estonia and provides their services from 2011 in this field of
managing sports ground only (christopher.glaeser, 2019).
For managing the team we would look at some of the features that are required regarding the
security updates that are required for the current software. Some of these features are
described as below –
Team Schedule
It's based on the concept of data centralization as any changes in the event of the calendar
will automatically reflect at everyone’s screen means that changes in one place would reflect
at each and every place. This information would be reflected over many arrays of
broadcasting channels as the information of the calendar must be accessible to everyone with
the latest updates. If the changes are made by any coach for the team using the mobile phone
the changes would be reflected and changes would be visible to everyone. This proves to be a
very effective tool for collaboration for parents, athletes, coaches, and club manager.
Using external files to import data within the application
The data could be imported from the excel file related to competition and games information
in the SPORTZLYZER application at once within minutes.

Recurring workouts
Just with few clicks of button plans for training, recurring, one-time events could be set up.
Based on the cycle of the training we could easily extend the monthly and weekly training
and minute changes that arise later could be made available easily (BridgeAthletic, 2018).
Share events thru email
Based on the preference of the package being selected updates could be reached out to
individual athletes through emails like events and competition information, weekly schedules
if the options are chosen are allowing SPORTZLYZER to send these updates automatically.
Thus this could be later used by athletes to add these events automatically to their Google
Calendar personally.

Show game schedules over the website
If the club is using SPORTLYZER application they could fit the Calendar at the club website
using the calendar website widget feature. This method will put the information over the
website in a more detailed manner in order to let fans, friends, and relatives so that they could
be present for cheering their favorite team.
Player Testing and Evaluation
This feature lets the club to perform the different test for evaluation of different abilities of
the athletes and the same progress and test could be recorded for overall performance. These
test based on the different priorities for your athletes like non-physical, physical, subjective,
objective, and age. Thus this progress could be also sent individually to different players over
the online medium like messaging, email.

This software provides the ability to generate and create different test case scenarios for
testing the performance. Some of these tests are defined below –

Analyze and Planning
Plan your goals annually by setting up the volumes, training cycle, and intensity so that when
the right time arrives athletes could be peaked in the workout. On the other hand to avoid
injuries and understand players developments assess a proper analysis of your players'
performance.

Training planning
This is recommended for all the coaches for planning their training program for athletes in
advance. SPORTZLYZER application allows a coach to easily develop plan appropriately
with intensities, volumes, and cycles which with the ease of button could be shared over to
the athletes.

Collect feedback of training
Some data that could be only gathered individually from athletes like their heart bit rate could
be shared manually by the athletes wearable devices only. This makes the details related to
training to be available anytime to your footsteps.
Performance tests
Create a test for performance and then share the tracked progress with athletes over time.
Digitize this collected training time in order for later analysis.

Training analysis
Analyze the above test collected results of your athletes to analyze the performance and
training of your athletes in order to learn about injuries and future development. Prepare
reports of different athletes to analyze each other's performance.
Automated training history
SPORTLYZER creates the athletes' performance history automatically using the information
from the attendance reports and schedules. The above option is best suitable for athletes of
young ages who generally don't log their training.

The purpose of that software
Their lies many purposes of what could be the ideal requirement of implementing the
software onto the current system. This reason lies within the features and options that are
available with the software. In our case, we are going to look at some of these features that
define the purpose of the software being purchased. Here is the list of few of the features
provided by the SPORTLYZER web application discussed below in the given lists as follows
–
Athletes Database
All the data related to the athletes are served under one single database. These databases
provide for different attributes discussed as –
Athletes profiles
All the important personal details related to sportsman are stored: emergency contact,
contacts, health information, notes, personal data, etc. This same data of athletes could be
extracted with ease from the Excel file present externally and could be grouped and managed
easily. This grouping of the player makes the sharing of schedules for the athletes by their
respective coaches easier (Sportsplus.app, 2019).
Contacts always updated
Their lies no need to constantly search for contacts from Dropbox or Drive that are outdated
for the company. This software provides with the latest and correct contact information of the
athletes when needed. This data even without registering over SPORTLYZER web
application could be from anywhere and anytime be updated based on the needs.

Membership application form
With the new ease of features that comes with the SPORTLYZER application provided with
a special widget which could be easily integrated within the club websites such that it allows
the athletes to enter their details manually over the website. With this application, form
customization makes it ever far more flexible for clubs to make form based on their needs.
After when these details are synced with the breeze to the SPORTLYZER account and ready
for the owner to analyze the data and accept it to be saved in the database. When the club
owner accepts these entries in the form the athlete would see the automatically generated
profile of them upon the website.

Coach and Manager rights
SPORTLYZER allows the configuration and access right to be managed individually, which
decides that what data could be accessed by the coaches. Either they could only monitor their
group details or they are allowed to monitor the whole club athletes.
Payment Tracking
SPORTLYZER web application provides for an intelligent solution which manages all the
payment relates activities for your club. Here it could be seen that which players are been
paid and how much and what payments are remaining or on delay. This further generates the
bank statement automatically. When the proceeding with payment is completed this
application automatically notifies the debtors about their payment.
This application proves that bringing out the clarity in quick reminders and debtors provide
with the increase in profit generation. As the money collected from the software help
organization to provide with the timely payment form the athletes with their fees.
