non-departmental public body. The company was founded in 1997, and its headquarter is
situated in London, United Kingdom. In this report the detail evaluation for the management
process for sports development initiatives are considered. Furthermore the rationale aim and
objective are considered and companies operational consideration including time, location and
partners and their choosing leadership style for the success of the company and to empower the
access of volunteers and their specialist stuff is evaluated.
