Business management is important for growth and development of organisation. In this
process leadership play vital role when they implement several theories. Leaders motivate
employees so they can give their hundred percent to company. This assignment is based on
Sports direct International Plc which is organisation of retail industry founded in 1982. founder
of same firm is Mike Ashley as well they are dealing in sporting goods. This store is famous for
their ethics, retail model, leadership and approaches to management (Goetsch and Davis, 2014).
Because from a single store they convert in 600 in short term duration. Best example of
leadership and business management is sport direct enterprise and all these description is given
below. Report mainly through light on key theories and effective management styles used by
Sport Direct for growth and success.
