What are the four most important priorities in your life?
On my top list of priorities, is get a job opportunity that is passionate about. In this case, I
hope to get a job in the sports and recreation management industry. Secondly, I hope to get a
comfortable salary. By which I mean a salary within which I will be able to pay my bills, live
comfortably and support my family with it.Thirdly, I hope to get a job that adds value to the
livelihoods of my clients. Fourthly, I had the hopes of doing a job with flexible working hours. I
would like an employment opportunity that allows me to do other things during the course of the
week. I prefer an employment opportunity that allows me to do personal activities that am
passionate about during my spare time. Also, flexible working hours will allow me to spend time
with my family.

and why?
Based on my four priorities, I would rank financial security first. This is priority number
two. This is because with a comfortable salary I will be able to take care of my financial needs
and those of my family. Without financial security, my economic standards in life will not
improve. Secondly, I would prioritize whether am passionate about the job or not. This is
because of the lack of passion in what I do for a living will determine my happiness and mental
wellbeing which is important to me. Thirdly, I would prioritize client satisfaction. This is
because I believe in value for money. I would want to add value to the lives of my client through
my work not just because being paid to do it but because am passionate about what I do and care

about my clients. Fourthly, I would prioritize flexible working hours because we all need a break
from what we do at some time. Also, I have other passionate career ventures that I would love to
pursue in my free time.
How do you think that these priorities may affect your career choice?
Owing to the scarcity of employment opportunities, ideal jobs are scarce and as a first-time
consultant, the pay might vary. In this case, comfortable salary might require me to do another
job due to lack of experience, academic or professional qualifications being sought by potential
employer or scarcity of my dream Also, most jobs have inflexible eight to five o’clock hours.
For sports and management careers such as personal trainer might require more odd hours based
on client preferences thus affecting my time flexibility priorities. Additionally, comfortable and
luxurious financial security might require me taking other jobs to supplement a low paying
passionate job that I might get.

I would choose to be a nutritionist for athletes and rich wealth clients.

I would choose to be a senior sports nutritionist consultant at one of the top football or
basketball teams in the world. This is because as a consultant of big sports times, am assured of
good pay hence comfortable lifestyle, customer satisfaction through performing athletes’
physical wellbeing which will affect their performance. As a private consultant I will be able to
choose working hours due to and the fact that's passionate about fitness it is a bonus to work with
athletes.
What competencies, experience, or knowledge do you need to gain or update to be
ready and competitive for your ideal career position?
According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I would need to have an
undergraduate degree in disciplines such as nutrition, food science, or and dietetics. In the United
States, I would be required to obtain certification and licensing from the nutrition board to be
able to take up a dream job (NutiritonED.Org, 2019).In my case, I would need to complete an
undergraduate degree in nutrition, food science and dietetics to be ready for the private
consultant sports nutritionist.
Which of these competencies can be met through non-classroom activities?
All these academic qualifications can be attained in a classroom Due to the desire to
become a senior sports nutritionist consultant, I might need to obtain the license from the Board
of nutrition, open my consultancy firm and serve clients for at least five years to get professional

Explain why you chose these jobs.
I would choose the sports trainer career opportunity as the first option out of varsity due to
the fact that I consider it a starting point in athlete fitness. Since am passionate about personal
fitness, I thought I should start there and gain groundwork experience key in my ideal
employment offers Physical fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. The fact that I have a degree
in nutrition and food science paired with physical exercise (sports trainer) am laying the
groundwork for sports consultancy. I choose my ideal job description (Sports Nutritionist) job
due to the fact that the advertising team is a foundation which deals with athletes. If I got the job

Al, so the flexibility of working hours might be achieved since will be able to work anywhere as
