shortlisted several sports curriculum activities. From which students required to select three
games in which they are interested and want to participate.

Sports are the integral part of a individual's life. Therefore, students needs to build
sportsmanship in which they can play within the spirit of the game in order to deal with winning
and loosing moments with grace.
All the students are hereby informed that our school is organising a sports tournament
which includes three different type of sports named Swimming, Tennis and Squash for
students. Interested students are welcomed to take participation in sport event. The
Students will get participation certificate and chance to represent our school at
international school tournaments level.

I would like to inform you that we are conducted a survey program in school to analyse
student's choice and requirement regarding upcoming sport tournament. For this, I conducted a
survey and distribute this in each class so that teacher may provide detailed information to
students as well as collect result of survey analysis from students. Through this I identify that
students are more likely in Swimming, Tennis and Squash. The structure of these kind of
methods helps in gathering exact information among the large strength of population. In order
to express, excitement of sports tournament and to inform each student about new event we

students in effective manner and capture their attention toward new events easily. For survey
approaches, I get information from internet sources and my personal experience to take results
of final activities.
