subscription from which company will be able to manage its revenue and increase its customers
base. Another source of revenue for the company is advertisers who pay amount to host their
advertisements in between. Key resources are there are about 1600 employees working in a
company currently. It is having huge collection of music and 50 million paying subscribers. By
having this innovation, the target of a company is to increase it with 80 millions.

many innovation in their technologies in order to gain competitive advantage and attracting them
