Professor John Humphrey and the Chief Executive Officer Dana Nelson, would like to report
and give its investor through their annual report of 2018 that, the company’s main aim is to
satisfy the need of every business by providing them facility services effectively and efficiently
(Dannemiller, DeWitt, & Gajjaria, 2017). In the year 2017-18, the company is having a strong
market position in all the sectors it is serving. In the future, it is looking forward to becoming the
