The concept which is related to the community development can be considered as one of
the important factor which is currently prevailing in the working of the society. According to me
in the sector of engagement of the community development there are different bodies which are
engaged which would be playing a crucial role in the sector of implementation (Parsons, 2015).
As seen in the report DeKalb is one of the cities which is situated in the stated of Illinois in the
United Stated of America which had formed an all-round strategy development christened
‘DeKalb 2025 Strategic Plan. The main focus point which is related to the concept can be related
to the development of the socioeconomic condition and the alter the economic condition of the
city. In the sector of the feasibility aspect I think the economic condition of the country can be
stated as one of the important factor which drives the success factor of the project.
I have mainly come across different benefit which is related to the writing. One of the
advantage which I have seen is related to the expressing myself in a proper manner. There are
different prospective which can be focused in the sector of the writing and one of the main area
according to me is how to use different words formation to provide an overall area of expressing
the communication which would be imparted.
The main technique which is related to the activity of writing is linking of domain of
writing in a manner which would be easily be understood by the people who is reading. One of
the most important factor which can be stated here is how different expression in the writing can
be expressed.
The report which is taken into consideration directly focus on the factor of
feasibility which is related to the strategic planning and the different resources. according to me
one of the most important factor which can be stated here is related to the context of the
involvement and how the implementation can be done. Relating to the project I have seen that

different areas which had some major business and residential.
In the sector of the implementation of the project which I have seen in the project is
related to the risk factor which impact the value, life style and the local community which would
be prevailing in the context. There are various educational institutes which focus on the factor of
resolving the issue which is related to the catering of the local community. According to me the
staff who is working in the university can directly help in the sector of gaining support which is
related to the DeKalb 2025 strategic plan and emphasizing on the sector of bracing the chances
which is related to the energy resources which play an important role in the sector. The main task
which can be stated here is related to the complex community development and NIU in the
context does not have much of the resources which can directly support the project.
In the context of the machinery it can be stated that depreciation and obsoleteness rates
cannot be affirmed. According to me the sector of the machinery can be considered as one of the
most vital factor due to the factor that most of the crucial activity are performed in the sector. I
have seen that it directly forms the backbone of the operation and if there are any form of risk
factor associated with the working it can directly lead to failure of the project and in most of the
cases it can be stated that the sector of maintenance is very much crucial. The city council in the
context can directly acquire a modern machinery which would be used can be considered to be
consuming less power and ion the other hand it would be consuming more productivity which
would be affecting the sector of the operational. There is various critical factor which I have seen
in the sector of operation and in most of the cases it can be stated that the identification of the
issue and the risk are very much important (McDaniel et al.,2017) Hence it can be stated

mitigation plan of the risk is very much important in the sector so that the working of the project
would not be getting affected.
In the sector of the development of cities it can be stated that community development
can be stated as one of the important factor which play a very much role. In this context it can be
stated that development can come in different form but one of then important factor which can be
stated here is related to the sustainability aspect which is related to the concept. Different domain
of implementation can be focused in the sector and one of the important point which can be
stated here is related to the indulgence sector. One of the important factor is that there is direct
linkage with the university student and the local people. It is an influencing factor which can be
taken into focus which often results in greater result.
The city council in the affair should be directly aiming at an aspect of curtailing the NIU
which can directly influence the sector of resident of the city of DeKalb. There should be a direct
opening which is related to the entry of the university from other states which can be directly
helping the sector of the improvement and the working which is related to the concept. There is
various sector of influence which can work in the city council which can affect the future of the
country as well as those who are residing in the sector of the city (Kurzhanskiy & Varaiya,
2015). advancement according to me should be one of the important factor which should be
implemented and it should be directly aiming at an sector of sustainability of the process and the
indulge of the concept.
