variable is 0.493 and 0.287 which is higher than the significance value that is 0.05. hence, this reflects that the null hypothesis is being
checked and there is not significant relation among the two variables. The pattern of the two variable is not similar as the mindfulness
does not have any relation with the likelihood of hiring a younger person.
