INTRODUCTION
Business plan is the process under which information is complete analyse and accessed
through proper market analysis. There is complete and relevant information about market
through which it is easy to understand changes which are taking place in market. There is
requirement of complete and relevant information through which it is easy for individuals to
understand policies which is specific and relevant for successful implementation of business
venture in industry. In this report, there is discussion about launching new business health care
organization for mother and children care. It is important and relevant for individuals to properly
plan actions with the help of which it is easy for individuals to perform their operations. It is
crucial and relevant for individual to understand what are the ways through which they can
launch new business organization (Schwalbe, 2015).
In Nigeria, there is less health care organizations for children and women. Hence
business is launched for health care of this sector. This health care organization is named as St
Francis Medical Centre, established in Lagos, Nigeria. This business plan is launched in
partnership with individuals who have knowledge about medical line. St Francis Medical Centre
is registered under partnership act, hence operations are authentic and relevant where patients
can rely. There is availability of emergency services for ladies and children at cheap rate, so they
can get best health care services and social and economic development of society is possible.
I selected this project because once I see pathetic situation of a women who is suffering
from labor pain. At the end of the day, she had lost her child because of lack of proper treatment
to her. She is not able to pay higher fees at private hospital and at government organization,
doctors are not treating her with best services. At that time, I think to launch an health care
organization for women and children. This project is related to my career and education line, so
if I launch such organization, then I get heights in professional career because I see different
cases with the help of which my knowledge and experience gets improved. As my business plan
is for development of society, so I will get aids from government as well such as tax benefits,
rebates, medicines at concessional rates, etc. In Nigeria, there are different problems among
females, so it is important and relevant to understand changes which are taking place in external
market. Hence scope of mother and child health care organization is best because this is the way
through which social development is possible (Saunders and Lewis, 2012). There are many
changes taking place in external market such as change in climate due to which health issues

arise among women. When there is proper and appropriate health services to consumers, then
there is improvement in social development of Nigeria. There are many problems related to
impure water there are many problems which arise among disease such as Breast cancer,
gynecological health, pregnancy issues, etc. so there is requirement of a health care organization
which affects development of society. St Francis Medical Centre is the organization which
provides complete health care solution to women and children. This organization is situated at
most populated location of Lagos, Nigeria. There is requirement of proper resources through
which it is easy for partners to launch new business venture in new market. As there are many
organisations which are working in organisations working in similar sector, so it is essential and
relevant for understanding their policies and then perform actions. With this business project, I
am performing role of an active partner in society because I have educational degree of similar
sector. In future, there are more growth opportunities for new health care organisation i.e. St
Francis Medical Centre in Lagos, Nigeria as partners can expand their business in different parts
of countries and convert organisation in company.
In St Francis Medical Centre, there is staff of around 30 employees who are divided in
different departments. There are different sections for women and children care, hence it is easy
for people to understand which department is working for what and there is ease in registration
as well. There is availability of services such as blood test, sonography, X- ray, emergency ward,
urine test, sugar and BP check, etc. which are some essential services required for health care of
children and women. There is proper staff through which better and relevant services can be
provided to consumers. There are sometimes emergency services required by women such as
during labour pain, accident, etc. There is requirement of awareness program through which
people gets knowledge about importance of health and they are ready to visit hospitals regularly
(Lechler, Edington and Gao, 2012). This enhances possibilities of growth and development of St
Francis Medical Centre in society.

This project is important and sustainable in current market because there is increment in
mortality rate of infants because of different problems such as lack of proper treatment, medical
health issues to women, etc. there are many health issues which arise in women and children of
Nigeria and they are not getting proper advise and treatment to deal with it. There are
possibilities that morality rate in Lagos, so scope of growth and development of St Francis
Medical Centre is more in industry. With this project, it is easy to understand what has to be
done through which hospital idea can be executed. In Nigeria, there are many problems which
arise among people such as respiratory problems, HIV, malnutrition among children. Quality of
water is not fine due to which there are problems in females as well. They are not able to give
birth to healthy infant. This makes social and physical growth of Nigeria (Goldratt, 2017).

As per above picture, it is clear that females are suffering from different mental health
issues. From the above picture, it is clear that girl children are more suffering from mental health

issues through which they have to deal. In girls at age of 17-19 complaint of mental disorder is
around 23.9% which is much higher, so it is important for society to deal with it. Hence
launching of new business plan goes in positive direction.

There are many people which are suffering from different health issues such as blood
pressure, sugar, indigestion, etc. which requires fast and frequent services. As per graph, it is
clear that 2004, health issues 12% women are suffering from problems in women. In 2008, this
ratio leads to 38% which is very high. This increases morality rate in Lagos, Nigeria and people
are suffering from different problems. But in 2012, this ratio gets down because of government
interference and promotion of health care organization. There is requirement of complete and
relevant information with the help of which people are able to understand ways through which
they can take care of themselves. If people are unhealthy, then this affects future generation
badly. Hence launching of new venture is St Francis Medical Centre is fruitful for society and
organisation will get subsidiaries and tax benefits from government as well. Hence in near future,

society and they are not able to perform their routine work in appropriate manner. Hence this
business plan for launching St Francis Medical Centre. In next 10 years, partners of St Francis
Medical Centre have view that they must open their centres in different 5 cities of Nigeria
through which possibilities of harmful disease to women and children can deal with it in proper
manner.
There are very less people who have complete knowledge about ways through which they
can keep themselves safe and secure. This business idea is important for not only for earning

nutritious support, etc. through which women and children is able to deal with their suffering.
Individual is establishing this organization in partnership, but with their quality services, they
want to make it getting aid government through which they can provide free of cost services to
people. In this organization, there is consultancy to people through which mothers can provide
nutritious diet to their children (Bai and Sarkis, 2013). When mother are health, then they can
build healthy society. There are many issues which is faced by girls and women of Nigerian
society during their adult and adolescence, hence if there is regular awareness program, then it is
