Recommendation
The project manager should follow the budget and schedule as proposed in the above
report considering the proper and effective delivery of the project in far efficient and effective
manner.
Task 4
Following the case study, I get to know that establishing such big project needs an
experienced and educated manager that can deliver the project activities through utilizing the
knowledge and ideas related to the project management. I also identified that no matter what big
picture we consider for the delivery of the project, it can always be extended for the better and
effective consideration of the scope and project delivery. While identifying the business case I
get to know that researching about the project, its impact, and other aspects are very crucial and
vital for the consideration of the delivery of the project. I understand that cost and schedule are
the crucial constraints those should be considered while delivering any single activity throughout
the project.
