Staff development is the process of ensuring that the staff and personnel present within

development plans and programmes will enable the organisation in enhancing their overall
productivity and profitability margin with the support of their well trained staffs. This concepts
of staff development within the association is important as this will boost the confidence of the
personnel to perform with their best efforts towards the achievement of the business goal.
Conducting various staff development programmes will support the business in attaining the
level of growth by increasing efficiency, consistency. With the staff development programmes
the business can easily form their own working procedure and strategies as all the staff has been
trained in such a manner that they can perform the task with different level of strategies. The
chosen association to carry out this research work is Billesley Manor Hotel which is having the
best inspiring location along with the ranking of the 4 star hotel. This research is going to
describe various aspects and topics such as identification of the diverse training needs,
