induction helps the employees to enhance their skill and knowledge so that the assigned task can
be completed with efficiency (Bratton and Gold, 2017).
An induction program takes into consideration safety training process related trainings
that is given to the employees when they enter into the organization to start their work. The
programs emphasize on the issues related to the safety of the company but consider the
information of the company which is required to be conveyed to the employees of the
organization. The purpose of the induction program is to ensure that the new employees of the
organization can learn new policies and practices. The employees adjust themselves according to
the policies and procedures of the company. If successful induction is given to the new employee
of the organization then it can be easy to enhance the working pattern of the employee. But if
