AI Summary
This research proposal aims to analyze the impact of staff motivation schemes on employee retention, specifically within the context of Hilton. The study seeks to understand the importance of employee retention, evaluate methods to enhance it within Hilton, assess the relationship between staff motivation and employee retention, and ultimately analyze the impact of motivation schemes on retention rates. The research will explore relevant literature, focusing on employee retention strategies, the role of motivation, and the specific practices within Hilton. The project acknowledges limitations such as the breadth of the initial topic and the need for a focused participant selection. Activities include idea development, proposal writing, literature review, methodology development, data collection, analysis, and report writing, all within a 20-week timeframe. The findings are expected to provide insights into how organizations can effectively manage employee retention through strategic motivation practices.
