Employee retention in organizations is an important aspect for organization which helps in knowing

how to retain employees. Employee retention is related to efforts for which employers retain

employees in their workforce. Employee retention has become most important aspect within

organizations and this has created value of organization which has been taking concern of

employees’ performances and how effectively they are contributing towards organization at large

scale (Khalid and et.al., 2018). Staff motivation is also big reason why employee retention is
affected and this creates value through which all perspectives of how encouraging employees are

towards their work and culture which they frame in their work. Employee retention will be reduced

when staff is motivated positively to perform their work and contribute to organization at large scale

and adding up to its success and growth factors.

The present research is being conducted to find out impact of staff motivation schemes to

employee retention which helps in analysing how organizations manage employee retention

process by motivating them to perform well and deliver productive performances. The research will

help in finding the importance of employee retention. Along with this, the relationship between staff

motivation and employee retention aspects will also be analysed. Further, the research will help in

analysing the ways in which employee retention can be enhanced within Hilton and at large scale.

This will take the aspect and measure of how the employee retention is taken into account and how

this provides essential information about organization at large scale. This helps in providing the

basis through which all the aspects are taken into consideration which helps in evaluating the other

factors in line at large scale effectively. Hilton organization is being chosen for this research

proposal to know in detail the employee functions and their performance to be analysed.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

This research topic is important and has value in career to know more about the impact of staff

motivation schemes to employee retention at Hilton. This research topic will help in analysing and

identifying how Hilton is taking concern of their employees’ at large scale. This topic will help in

making the career while analysing that how jobs are done and what is the significance when being

employed at certain position within certain organization or company. This topic is extremely

important and has high value in job market because today employee turnover is one of the main

issues which is being faced by organizations. High turnover not only increases overall cost of

organization but also degrade overall performance of organization as well. Due to this it has

become important for organization to focus upon enhancing overall employee retention and

enhancing overall employee retention it becomes important to enhance motivation level of

employees so that employees can be retained within organization. For to this it becomes extremely

important to teach students employee motivation strategies and techniques that can be used to

enhance motivation and satisfaction level of an individual so that they can learn importance of

implementing these techniques motivation techniques within organizations and ways in which it

can help an organization.

LIMITATION OF THE PROJECT:

Limitations of the project are –

Research topic chosen was much broad because of which achievement of main aim and
objectives was becoming difficult. Due to this it was important to narrow down the research

topic so that overall focus of the study can be enhanced. Development of narrowed down

aim and objective directly helped researcher in enhancing overall focus of the project.

Selection of participates was another limitation of the project because small number of
participants can reduce accuracy of results. But selection of 30 participants directly helped

researcher in completing the research on time and within defined budget. Not only this, it

further helped researcher in collecting primary data in much easier manner which made

completion of research project easier without degradation of overall quality of project.
