RECOMMANDATION
From the analysis of the issues in Gemfield related to the training and development of the employees.
It can be recommended to the company that method of staff training should be updated with the
changes in the goal of the organisation.
Adopting different methods such as eLearning, coaching and mentoring will increase the efficiency in
the training and development of the employees.
Company should train different generations separately.

CONCLUSION
From the presentation, it can be concluded that staff training and development refers to the improvement
in the skills of staff for the growth of the organisation.
It also included in the process that encourage and motivate the employees that brings creativity in the
operating process of the company.
Gemfield faced various issues in the training and development of the employees that included lack of
engagement and different generations at same workplace.
Recommendation were also given to the Gemfield to update the training methods and guiding the
different employees separately in order to bring the positive development in the training results.
