1) The most compelling topic in this course was learning staffing organization overall. I
have seen employees being recruited in an organization but never really understood the law
linked to staff building as well as legal terms related to it. I am amazed that for more than one
year now, I have been doing things related to organization, but I still cannot understand the
overall process of recruiting employees. One thing I did like about this class is that each
assignment provided by the teacher-led to the final paper. This made it easier for me to
concentrate on the topic. Some of the essential things I learnt about staffing are the recruitments,
development, and selection, of people as capable workers (Lindström et al. 2018). I also learned
various staffing methods in the organization. We had a weekly discussion that genuinely helps
me understand all process of recruiting employees in the organization. I prefer to listen to the
views of my colleagues in the group discussion, and this made me gain a better understanding of
the law related to staffing (Wilson et al. 2018). I learn better from attending as well as asking
questions in the group discussion.
Finally, I cannot think of the alternative approach that could have generated additional
valuable information. To me, the approach used by the teacher was the best because it enables us
to understood useful information about this class. There are indeed a lot more things I have to
learn about the law related to staffing. I should be successful in this class. The internet provided
more information to the group and me. This class was one of the best, and I think other classes
will resemble this class.
2) I learned how to present my thoughts on issues that relate to student studies from my
classmate's postings. After reading the two postings, the additional questions that I have are how
organizations apply the law relating to staffing. The classmates need to clarify whether the
application of their learning experience can change the performance of an individual. My

posting is quite similar to that of my classmates in that they both talked of the good and bad
experiences learned from this class.
