Write a brief reflection (100 words) on why a stakeholder assessment is a useful tool to support change management in an organization.
The stakeholder analysis can help people in managing and leading the initiatives in relation to change. According to me, it helps in considering needs
of various individuals along with groups within an organization. I think that stakeholder assessment can help people in understanding how they will be
affected by the change and it can help people in adjusting the approach for the different groups. Benefitting the stakeholders is the primary concern of
an organization hence I think that stakeholder assessment can prove to be a useful tool that can help in developing the organization. I think that an
organization can be benefitted to a great extent if it undertakes the stakeholder assessment.
