project activity. This report will discuss about the stakeholder, project sponsor identification
for the vacuum cleaner manufacturing organization Woolong. In addition, the role of the
project manager and stakeholder in the particular project, along with the stakeholder
communication process will be emphasized here.

Stakeholders and sponsors play a vital role in the successful completion of a particular
project. Therefore, identifying suitable sponsors and stakeholders in a project is one
important responsibility of the project managers. In addition, it is necessary to conduct
efficient communication with the stakeholders as it is effective in the graceful and timely
completion of the project (Beringer, Jonas & Kock, 2013). According to the provided case
study, the vacuum cleaner company Woolong is intended to identify project sponsor,
manager and creation of the project charter for smooth running of its undertaken project.
Therefore, this report is going to discuss about the identification and analysis of appropriate
project sponsor and stakeholders. In addition, it will emphasize on the necessary skills of the
project managers and the necessity of stakeholder communication. Lastly, the report will
discuss about the included risk and opportunities to this project.
