1. Case Study Overview
This case study is based on the management of project stakeholders within the
implementation of science parks. This study only focuses on the case of a Brazilian Science
Park. The study also focuses on the ways in which the management team of the project would be
able to identify the primary stakeholders. Based on this study, it has been able to understand the
strategies based on collaboration and engagement sought for increasing the engagement of
stakeholders within the project.
The following part of the research is based on a discussion about the practices within
stakeholder management that could be used within the development of an efficient science park.
In this case study, the research has been mainly been focused at the creation of a science park
within Brazil. This project on the Ribeirao Preto Science Park is primarily been chosen due to
their well-structured infrastructure (Pacagnella Júnior et al. 2015). This research is structured and
presented according to certain sections that helps in performing an analysis over the major
stakeholders, the engagement analysis of these stakeholders within the development purposes,

stakeholders is based on a synergistic relationship (Pacagnella Júnior et al. 2015). This form of
relationship could be fostered based on the performance of the team of project management.
