INTRODUCTION
Relationship management refers to the strategy in which a company is required to
maintain the ongoing level of engagement with their audience. This relationship management is
concerned with the employees and subordinates who are currently working in the organisation.
The aim of relationship management is to create a set of partnership within the organisation so
that the objective can be delivered (Guerola-Navarro and et. al., 2021). This essay covers the
reflection of the areas that are explored above in the assignment one. Further the approach of
manager who is stuck in this respective situation is also discussed so that the different set of
strategies that can be applied in this situation can be discussed. Further the approaches of
relationship management used in the firm in order to increase the productivity are discussed
below in this essay.

Stakeholders are one of essential part of the company who helps in terms of bringing
value in the company. These stake holders contribute in the business with the help of investment
and knowledge that can be used in order to increase the growth prospects. Stakeholders are
considered as interest holders for a business who are majorly attached with business operations
(Belyaeva and et. al., 2020). In the recent times, stakeholders play an important role in growth
and development of a business as they are linked with key activities of a business. If I have been
in the role of Sheila Baker, I would have implemented various techniques like positive
relationship management and development of stakeholders matrix, approaches and theories in
order to maintain healthy relationship. The major techniques involve increasing stakeholder
participation, developing effective relationship with customers and planning a strategy to satisfy
key stakeholders. I will apply new management techniques like leadership and decision making
so that I can increase the human relation prospects which will ultimately lead to increase
productivity. Stakeholders are an essential part of building a relationship which will help in
achievement of the set objectives and goals. I would imply different set of theories such as
human management theory which will help in discovering the concepts that are helpful in
relationship management process. The human management theory is a key concept which is
related to development of a precise approach in managing employees. In this case application of
human management theory is essential for increasing employee satisfaction. In the given case
application of human relationship theory will provide major solutions in dealing with
stakeholders and developing harmony between them. In the case mentioned, application of
human management theory will also help and support in increasing the overall productivity of
the organisation. The Effective relationship management can only be implemented in the
business model if the managers and workers adjust with each other and implement the best
techniques in the process of product management. The different types of stakeholders that are
included in the process of product management are employees, investors and government. Being
a pharma company, there are several stakeholders in the business and even the government is
invested in the business. Stakeholders will increase relationship management in the organisation
as there are several areas in which the people interact and share the information regarding the
different operational areas of the company.

participation and focused development of employees that can be applied in the business structure
which will improve the way in which the relationship is established between the manager and
employees. Applying different approaches such as human interaction activity will help in
bringing the workforce together which will bring clarity in the work that is being delivered by
the employees in the organisation. I will be able to well guide my subordinates through this
