Stakeholders are that party within an organisation which has their interest within the
company which can be affected by the functioning of organisation. The primary stakeholder
is those which include investor, employee, customers, suppliers and many others which have
to be managed by the organisation in order to improve its function and achieve their business
objectives (Labanauskis and Ginevičius, 2017). In context of the current report there is
discussion about role of stakeholders within the organisation. The main organisation which is
considered under this report is Tesco. It is Global performing organisation which act as a
British multinational retailer. This was founded by jack queen in 1919. Company is currently
operating under the retail industry where it sale food products clothing and many other
product range.
