improvement retailing firm of the UK. It is parent company of Wickes which offers more than
10,000 products in Kitchens and bathrooms to paint and timber. All these products and available
in physical and online stores. It offers superior quality products and services for its business
consumers. Company is supplying the building and construction trade from last 200 years and
millions of consumers are getting benefited from the products that are supplied by the company.
Present report describes about potential impact of changes on the key stakeholders of the
business. In addition to that recommendations have been given to support these stakeholders
through the transition.
