Big Day Out is an annual music festival that takes place in five Australian cities such as
Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Perth. Big day out is a multi-genre family
festival that gathers a large number of people from different diverse cultural backgrounds and
attitudes. This particular event has left a major significance in the history of Australia’s most top
events. Around 150,000 viewers attend this event. Most of the popular young Australian bands
tend to show their talents in this event. Big Day Out is not only restricted within regional
geographic boundary (Waring 2016). This very specific event attracts international customers
based on which the hospitality industry of Australia is getting developed. This specific event has
left major positive impact in the economic growth of Australian hospitality industry. This very
specific platform has given the opportunity to many young performers for showing their talents
and competency level (Yeoman et al. 2012). On one hand, Australian hospitality industry is
