INTRODUCTION
Healthy and independent ageing is defined as the people contribute to the well being of
relative and communities. In this, the number of older people have enhance their exponential in
complex and uncertain social economic conjecture and only tailored which the name of
intervention which is help to increase the contribution of the various group which help to do
social development and neutralise in order to formulate the condition of crises which is
associated with the health structure and social security which is based on various role of nurses.
As per this, the registered nurses used to play effective role in order to develop quality of care
and provide centred care approach to number of individual who is facing issue with their health
(Palmer and et. al., 2018).
MAIN BODY
Concept of healthy ageing
WHO defines the concept of healthy ageing which is help to show the process of developing and
maintaining the functional ability which help to maintain the well being in the older age. There
are various of functional ability which is used to focus on the various capabilities which help to
enable the people which used to value and focus on the reason which is valued. This basically
refers some of the ability which is related with the individual:
Meet their need which is linked with basic requirements.
Learn and grow which is productive to make decision.
Be mobile.
Build and maintain relationship which is help to built the positive concept.
Contribute to society and within community.
There are nine core principle which is associated with the active ageing. This includes:
Population: The diverse population of the older adults required some of the solution. In this, the
older people is usually focus on the extremely diverse, from the ability and age which is based on
the income, culture to the concept of sexual orientation (Winterton and et. al., 2020).
People: They focus on the trained and committed individual which is needed to meet the need of
capabilities which show the level of expectation, dreams and desire which is based on the older
adults.

Places: The main focus of this is construct the environment based on the multiple abilities.
Policies: The right of older people which reflect the consideration of human right is protected
and secure.
Program: The seven dimension which state that core of wellness such as physical, social,
spiritual, intellectual, emotional, vocational and wellness which is based on the environment
(Huber and et. al., 2018).

Standard 1: Consumer dignity and choice:
This is standard is used to follow the some of important core concept which is linked with
the principle. These concept are used to focus on the importance of consumer which show the
sense of self which help to highlight the essential aspect of able to independent and make their
own decision which take part in community. This is directly associated with the principle which
is above discussion in this place and promotion is approach which is suitable and optimistic.
There are some of the concept which make this standard to follow the respect towards everyone
by their concept which used to play important role with concept. This include dignity and
respect, identify, culture and diversity, cultural safety, choices, dignity of risk, information, and
personal privacy (Zhou and et. al., 2019).
Standard 2: Ongoing assessment and planning with consumer:
Standard 2 is based on the foundation of standard 1 which used to include the
requirement for the organisation to work in the partnership with consumer. This standard is
consistency focus on the various need to do plan which is associated with care and service with
the customer. The planned care and services which occur to meet the consumer need, goals and
preferences. As per this, they used to focus on the well being which have some of the challenge
with their health and abilities. They are focus on the goals which they want to achieve roles
which have number of meaning and want to live as well as they identified.

Promote ACQS 1 and 2 in your care of older people
Standard 1: They used to promote dignity and respect while this aspect is taking into
consideration with the older people. This will be identified that the older people face various
insecurities with their independence and confidentiality. Moreover, there are various type of
abuse is also observed and show impact of respect and attribute towards the development of
dignity and their respect with all the ways. This helpful for the older people to make their own
choices which show the independence towards the decision which majorly act as contemporary
issue with elder people (Copeland and et. al., 2017).
Standard 2: In this, they used to focus on the various aspect care and service which is provided
as per the base of any plan. While, taking the aspect of older people, they majorly focus in the
aspect of care and service to the older people. In this, they basically focus on the various channel
which is helpful to construct artifice of care and service to older people (Stephens and et. al.,
2017).
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion, it is identified that the standard used to focus on the quality
of care and quality of ageing which is based on prospect of various manner. In this, the healthy
ageing is a basic requirement of the every older people. Moreover, these standard provide
process and operation which is show the concept of quality and healthy ageing.
