be abided by the organizations to ensure the fair practices followed in the organization.
The habit of being fair, ethical and honest of the part of an individual is termed to be one of
the most important basic human needs. This is reflected by the thought process of the
employees who prefers to work for a company practicing fair and ethics in all the company
affairs. It is also observed that a company influenced by moral values is respected in the
