Leadership is the art of motivating the people and the group of people
achieving the common goal. In the business there must be effective
leadership techniques which help in developing positive environment in the
organisation and improve the efficiency of the individual

Potential leadership style
•a) How would you define your potential leadership style?
• Defining the potential leadership style help in determining the right
development and the action for the growth and expansion. I have interpersonal
personality which help me taking in charge and influence the people for doing
their task effectively. As well as this help in achieving the goal effectively so
that objective of firm can be achieved on time.

• The major strength which I posses that I am good in motivating the
employees and help in completion of task in the well define manner. Along
with this I have good communication skills which aid to make effective
decision for the company.

• The major challenge for me is the lack of confidence as this slow
down my performance which have the major impact on the performance of
the company. Beside this the major challenge is the changing environment as
it is hard to maintain the performance of the employees for the specific time
period.

• In order to improve the leadership ability there person should need to
practise discipline and in the professional life as this aid in providing competitive
advantages. In addition to this, develop or create the situational awareness
