decision. Thus, manager of Starbucks said that poor performance appraisal can leads to face the
tremendous issues and challenges. At the Starbucks, there is customer comment card and it is
used as to take the feedback of the employees by asking the numerous survey questions. Thus, to
motivates the employee the Starbucks is taking many initiatives and they also facilitating the
taking the 360 degree feedback so it can be develop the effectiveness of employees by taking the
