The Term Startups are becoming an important part of the world. Startup is considered as an
Entrepreneurial venture in the Early operations which are created for resolving the Real life
problems. For better understanding of the Reflective learning various models are use such as
Gibbs reflective cycle which is referred as the most famous model of reflection which can be
helpful in leading the individual through six different stages. The Reflection which has ben
developed below will utilize the Six stages of Reflective cycle. There are a lot of startups which
are needed by the Society so as to provide the new opportunities to the people which can help them
to start a good career in a new organisation which can further help them to assist in various tasks
and activities. These Startups also promotes the Enhancement of skills and qualities of the
individuals so that they can work effectively and efficiently in The business and the organisation.
The Description of the Primary Aim of Startups is to answer the market demand by
creating new and innovative products and services. The Startups focuses on the fast growth in the
designated market. Startups Begins with high reimbursements and have constricted locale. Also,
they do not have a formed business model and lacks competent capital to move to the next phase.
Often times, these organisation use seed capital for investment in investigation and developing
business programs which can be Further helpful in achieving the profit motive for the startup
Research helps them find out the demand for a particular product and a business plan which outlines
the company's goals and selling strategies. It is important for the Business and the Organisation to
create various objectives and targets so as to attain them and achieve the organisational goals.
The effective planning and implementation are considered as an important part which should
be promoted by the business so as to achieve the success. Planning and monitoring is referred as the
relevant part before starting any business and between the work in progress. The Monitoring of
tasks and activities should be adapted by the Startups so that they can measure the performances of
their workers and employers towards the completion of tasks and activities. The Key performance
Indicators are considered as an effective tool which can be helpful in measuring the day to day
performance of the Individuals along with the working capability and Accuracy. During the
planning and implementation of the Activities the feeling of self confidence and self motivation
was experienced which helped in further encouragement for the Tasks and activities .
As I belong to the Accounting field, there are a lot of concepts and topics which are introduced to us
so that we can get the better understanding about the key performance indicators as well as other
terms such as balance score cards which is considered as the effective management tool which can
be helpful in measuring the financial and non- financial performances of the individual These

Concepts was evaluated by me so that I can develop a better understanding towards the
betterment of the Functions.
I am a person who is drawn towards the new dishes and Restaurants so as to explore about the
different types of foods and cuisines which are more delicious to taste. By analysing a lot about
the various situations and aspects I came to a conclusion that I will initiate a better step
towards my career, by starting up my new business of Restaurant. This platform will help me to
achieve a good career path and success towards the Field of my interest. My Restaurant will be
based on providing the quality meals to the customers from different countries which will help them
to gain a better experience towards the food. This Startup of mine will be a sole proprietorship, as I
will be holding and managing the various operations and activities to balance the Day to Day
activities of The Restaurant. The action taken to promote the requirements of Funding to
promote my startup was done with the help of opting the Short term loans which will help me to
meet up the fund requirements of the Restaurant.
The Restaurant Business of mine will also use the various Advertising tool which can be
helpful in promoting it and by making people informed about the features and facilities provided to
the customers. The focus will be on providing the best value services so that the maximum profit
can be earned. The safety measures and Hygiene would be the First priority along with the
providing of best meals to the Customers so as to gain the maximum advantages with a reasonable
price so that more and more customers can be attracted towards the Restaurant which can further
lead to the Growth of The startup business.
