By Article III of US Constitution it is been stated that the judicial power of US is on
“Federal Court System”. On the basis of Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution it can be
stated that Supreme Court of US is created specifically. Constitution gives Congress the
power for creating lower federal courts. By utilising this power Congress has eshtablished
thirteen “Courts of Appeals” along with ninety four “District Courts” in US. Several “Court
of Claims”, and “U.S. Court of International Trade” are also made.
“State Court System” is also made by US Constitution. Here Supreme Court being the
highest court to appeal. It is sometimes referred as “Court of last resort”. Some states have
different intermediate “Court of Appeals”. Below it stands “State Trial Courts”.
Above defined are two of the systems of Courts. The State Court System is
supported here. The reasons hereby follows in State Court System if the parties are not
satisfied by any decision they may appeal to other intermediate courts that are specific unlike
the Federal Court System where a number of courts are present therefore usually a normal
person gets confused. In State Court System highest court for appeal is Supreme Court. If the
parties are not satisfied by the decision of any court they may ask Supreme Court for hearing
case. Unlike the other form in where the court decides regarding the hearing of a case. State
Court System is supported because here Judges are elected for some years. They can be re-
elected too. Unlike the other form in which Judges can be elected by President of US or by
