Pashendale Holdings Ltd is an Australian company that undertakes construction work. The organization

Work Requirements
The project “redevelopment of website” for the organization will be undertaken inn various project phases
are :
Planning phase: It is found that proper analysis on the requirements as well as needs of the project is done
for successfully understanding the various requirements of the project. In the next step, different types of ways are
determined with the help of which the needs of the organization can be fulfilled and out of the options the best option
is required to be utilized for proceeding with the rest part of the project. After the selection of the best option, proper
contract is developed as per the agreement so that the entire work of the project can be undertaken. In addition to
this, the project staffs are mainly recruited such that the work of the project can be undertaken easily. Moreover,
proper contractor procedure for website designing is selected and then the project contractor for the entire project is
mainly selected for proceeding with the next project phase
Website designing phase: In this project, different types of ideas as well as information are mainly
gathered such that various types of changes within the entire project can be made. Additionally, analysis is done
project feasibility for ensuring that the entire project that is mainly undertaken is economically feasible. Moreover,
the budget of the project is analyzed for estimating the budget that will be needed in order to execute each of the
