The analysis of the accounts at Reddit was highly fruitful as it gives insight into the activity of the
company and its resolve in turning the organization into a brand name. The comments sections
include grievances of customers which are tactfully resolved by the company. The other members
have also assisted their fellow members in resolving problems being faced. The engagement on this
social media platform is high and comments on every post showcase the popularity of the software
promoted by the organization. The profiling and footprint of Steam Valve Corporation on Reddit is
noteworthy but much work on the Instagram profiling is required to be done.
