Steve Jobs was an American business magnate and an investor. He was known to be

finally died in the year 2011 being diagnosed with the disease of the respiratory arrest. The
essay will talk about the code of ethics which Steve Jobs himself used to believe in.
The purpose of this essay is to discuss about the code of ethics which Steve Jobs
himself used to believe in throughout his life himself.
Steve Jobs was an individual who was said to have followed a great amount of work
ethics himself. He was known to present the products and the services before the audiences
with passion and dedication himself. It is known form the accounts of the experts themselves
that Steve Jobs was said to have a number of influences in his life who had inspired him to
become the person who he had become.
The most important influence on the life of Steve Jobs was by his parents, both
biological as well as his adaptive ones. However, his adaptive parents had more influence on
his life than his real-life parents. It was the knowledge of being adapted which changed his
personality and made him into the person that he was when he grew up.
Job’s adaptive parents were there for him all the way from the beginning to the end.
They supported Jobs in every field of his life and ensured that he received the education by
going to the college. He also received support from his parents when he dropped out of his
college. In short it can be said that it was primarily the influence of his parents that helped to
shape Steve Jobs the way he was when he grew up to be a successful business magnate and
investor.

One of these individuals was Robert Palladino. Palladino was a teacher whose classes
were attended by Steve Jobs when he was a child. The teachings and the work ethics of
Robert Palladino was said to have a great influence on the life of Steve Jobs, which
ultimately inspired to build his business empire. Another individual who had influenced the
ethical and the moral development of Steve Jobs was Edwin Land. It was said that Land had a
great influence in the life of Steve Jobs, and Jobs, to an extent followed the same ethical code
of conduct as Edwin Land himself. Hence, it can be said that these individuals helped in
shaping the life of Steve Jobs into the individual which he had become as an adult himself
(Isaacson, 2011).
In the year 1974, having interviewed a very young Steve Jobs for the position of an
employee at my current organization, I felt that he is suitable for the role of the candidate in
our organization. This is because of the fact that I found the character of Mr. Jobs to be well
suited for the role of the employee. Mr. Jobs has the ethical qualities in him which is exactly
what I am looking for in my employee. He is punctual, well -mannered, well-behaved and
also had a knowledge about the role has to fulfil in the organization itself. Moreover, he is
also far-sighted, which will be able to help our organization in achieving the profits in the
marketplace itself. These are the reasons why Mr. Jobs would be accepted in our organization
itself (Isaacson, 2011).
Thus, from the above paragraphs, it can be concluded that Mr. Steve Jobs was indeed
one of the most influential individuals who had walked the Earth itself. It is his far-
sightedness as well as his moral and ethical code of conduct which made him one of the
greatest business leaders in the world itself.
