Introduction
The two leaders each has own ideologies in product innovation, customer satisfaction
and strategies of marketing. Being the lovers of Apple, we have a soft spot for Steve;
however, we will take the position of not giving any unreasonable stance for Mr. Cook. We
are going to give an overall discussion on what led to the leaders decide to in this
correlational information. In order to clear the grey areas, we will employ infographic
Product Innovation
Steve Jobs instilled a sense of confidence in increasing sales at Apple. He positioned
his efforts, focused on the creation of products, he would call back employees to come, and
work on important changes even when on holiday. This was not a problem for him and he
never considered the psychological damage of employees.
In this way, managers could come back to work and through these efforts, sales
volume increased. Therefore it is worth noting that Steve's longing revolved to making
notable commitments or products for customers everywhere in the globe.
Tim, on the other hand, is a leader to be admired concerning the entire component that
took place at Apple during his leadership period. The leader was concerned with the aptitude
skills of employees working for Apple, and emphasized social duty through improvement
portraits way of life. The relationship in business influenced Apple’s progression strategy,
which was while disobedient under the relationship of Steve Jobs and who turned out to be a
separated element growth and progress.
Cook fails to demonstrate that strictness; however, his delicate tactic made the
business a standard one. The researchers established that in the task initiative of preparing
dinner, Apple began to re-model the overall product provision and producing dynamic items
such as the iPod, iPhone, as well as iPad.

APPLE LEADERS 3
As a worker at Macintosh, Steve Jobs became a "battle CEO." When he went back to
Apple he stumbled into a risky territory which was almost collapsing. He asserted his efforts
and delivered Apple from the brink of collapse.
Cook strategy appears to be peaceful and composed and this has moved the
organization to a smoother road. Wakabayashi pointed out that Steve was worried over
increasing quality stock and as he persisted looking for the position, the team of workers as
they have been facilitators to fulfilling Steve's way of inquiry.
It is essential to give in to scrutiny as Jobs was an innovative individual and was
better preferred over Cooks and Jobs soon took over as Apple’s CEO. The two individual
divided sections in small parts in order to the illustrated relationship in the company. This did
not happen since Jobs died in 2011 and Apple’s success continues to be seen as a complete
and lucrative organization.
In 1996, the revenue of the company stood at $3 billion and $347 billion in 2011 by
the time Jobs exited the organization which is very tremendous growth. Cook dinner reign
made the revenue to $922 billion a month ago. It is clear that every leader as Apple’s CEO is
different and unique and each of them deserves credit.
The Cupertino part given the organization extra cash and the company does not
depend on short-term achievements but rather on the long-term.
Irrespective of the success of the two CEOs, everyone had their own bad site
especially when it comes to mistrust with Microsoft's antitrust case and FB's. Each of them
battled with their tremendous profile problems.
Conclusion
In conclusion, it is apparent that Steve Jobs was a visionary leader and saint while
Tim Cook is a pleasant head of Apple.
