Test Scenarios for Sticky Notes: Functionality and Visibility Testing

This assignment presents a comprehensive set of test scenarios for sticky note functionality. Test scenarios for sticky note
1-Verify that user is able to create sticky note or not.
2-Verify that sticky note are display same content or not after creation.
3-Verify visibility of note to TL and ATL after creation.
4-Verify that TL or ATL can close sticky note or not
5-Verify that user can create sticky multiple time
6-Verify that user can close multiple issue in one go.
7-Verify that when sticky note are genrated, updating in sticky note list or not
8-Verify that when user closed a template then it should not be selected for further action.
9- verify that when user close template from list than it should also reflect on admin
conversation area
10-Verify log when sticky note are generated.
11-Verify that message are genrated or not when sticky note are close.
12-Verify that count are respective section in header is reflecting or not.
13-Select no when create sticky for notification and than verify the count reflection in
header section.
14-Verify attachment after creating note in sticky note and admin log.
15-Verify that user is able to delete sticky note(Not close)
16-Verify Default count in header notification section.(itshould be 0)
17-Verify visibility of notes in list before and after assigning tutor.
For IHA
1-Perform all Above step for IHA
2-Verify that sticky note should be visible in Super admin and also in IHA Admin of
respective tutor.
3-Verify that call sticky note should not be visible to IHA admin
4-Very that sticky note of Jaipur Admin should not be visible to Kolkota Admin.

5-Verify that sticky note is visible to IHA admin when order is unassigned from first tutor to
other tutor (IHT)
6-Verify that sticky note is visible to IHA admin when order is unassigned from first tutor to
other tutor (Regular tutor)
7-Verify visibility of sticky note to branch head.
