to be bifurcated who will perform which activity.
4. Prepare DILO Worksheet: A worksheet needs to be prepared mentioning some questions
which every employee has to fill.
5. Analyse activities of collate participants: Every member of an organization were asked some
question regarding their activity and that can be analyzed by giving a score between 1 to 5 by
analyzing their time utilization.
6. Analyzing DILO worksheet: Analyze the worksheet filled up by the employee and find out
discrepancies if any.
7. Set up Plan for improvement: After analyzing, develop a plan for improving any discrepancy.
