Stone and Wood Brewing company refers to Australian craft brewery that was located
in New South Wales (Stoneandwood.com.au., 2019). It is a B- Corp company that is an
independent accreditation that helps in meeting the rigorous standard in relation to
governance, community along with the environment. They are not owned by any
multinational corporation and the policies of the company are transparent for the people. The
location of the company is in Byron Bay that acts as the spiritual home along with the
birthplace of the company. The company is involved in handcrafting the beer by taking
recourse to the four ingredients of hops, yeast, malt along with water. Stone and Wood
Brewing company’s strategy is that they share common goal that helps in creating a good life
for each other. The company has pursued their vision without any kind of agenda that has
increased the popularity of the company. The motivated along with the passionate team of the
company has helped the company in achieving success within Australia. The strategy of the
company is that it wants to engage in partnerships that can help the company in meeting the
high standard of the economic along with the environmental accountability (Lynch, 2016).
The company is responsible for the production of good beer that has a positive impact on the
communities. They use the business as a good force in the society that acts as a competitive
advantage for the company. The competitive advantage of the company is due to the fact that

account of the takeover of the company of that of Little World Beverages, the brewer of the
Little Creatures. The annual report of the year 2010-11 brought out the fact that the company
was able to earn a revenue of the amount of $ 284,000 that helped the company in creating a
unique position within market. They also raised the money with the help of annual events.
Stone & Wood Karma Keg helps the company in making partnerships with the local business
that helps in the process of turning the beer into the cash. It helps in providing the donations

use of reusable cup programs in the events that helps them in working with the suppliers for
the reduction of the material footprint. They have been successful in reimagining ecology of
