Executive summary:
The StoryBoard Project is developed by the organisers of the Byron Writer’s festival. The
main aim of the initiative project is to develop good learning as well as creative skills with
the children of different age groups. Another purpose of the project is to gather more funds
for the government as well as the private organisations so that the students can be provided
with necessary essentials helping in the better development and growth. It also took the
initiative to increase the literacy and study rate within the country. However, the problem is
to motivate students to study and write new things so that their creative as well as the
leadership skills can develop. It is also difficult to maintain the financial budget of the
organisation as they are not able to use the whole amount of money for the betterment of
the students and the society. So, the problem of maintaining the financial budget is directly
addressed to the organisations and the people who donated their money. (too long) It is
difficult to motivate the students without using modern and innovative techniques.( don’t
write something negative) They may or may not feel encouraged in the absence of the
proper guidance. Therefore, the outcomes are:
- Various kinds of workshops should be done to attract and retain students by
encouraging them to learn new skills.
- The lack of skills and knowledge many stop students to identify new opportunities
for the future growth and development and gain good success.
- The future of creative writing while writing novels, stories … may deteriorate.
- The financial loss may increase leading to stagnant literacy growth rate. (not detail)
So, it can be recommended that educators, teachers as well as the college students should
be targeted as they also have good creative and learning skills. The workshops should be
encouraging and attractive too.
Project purpose:
The StoryBoard is a project which is run by the leaders of the Byron Writer’s festival. The
main aim of the organisation is to conduct various kinds of workshops for the primary and
secondary school children. The workshops are conducted in various places on school
premises. Students are encouraged to learn new skills and techniques (have to be detailed)
as they will be able to increase their conceptual, creative as well as leadership skills. Another
main purpose of the StoryBoard firm is to motivate the students to complete their
education so that they are able to perform better and gain good success in both their
personal and professional life in the future. The third aim of the founders is to create and

develop the habit of reading various kinds of books within the students. They are also trying
to motivate the students so that the latter can improve their creativity, skills and knowledge
and create the best future for themselves. The fourth purpose is train students in creative
thinking and writing. They can run many creative workshops so that children of different age
and income group can improve and inherit new talents. The fifth purpose is to use more
innovative as well as modern techniques while teaching the students as they will feel happy
and encouraged to learn new kinds of things. They will feel confidence to reach their
dreams. The final purpose is to collect more funds so that they can provide good workshops
to students and encourage them to work for the benefit of the society as well by using
innovative ideas.
Main Findings: the main findings about the project are

- The organisation is a non-profit organisation that works for the benefit and the well-
being of the children and the society.
- The main aim of the organisation is to motivate and encourage the students to
improve their creative thinking and also develop new skills so that they are able to
make their dreams and wishes successful in the future.
- It can also be seen that the firm also tends to increase the literacy rate of the
country as it will help the country as well as different organisations to become strong

Recommendations:
Hence, it can be recommended that the StoryBoard fund should take various new
initiatives so that they can fulfil their targets and goals with proper planning.
1. StoryBoard project should focus on the college going students along with the
primary as well as the high school students. It is because they also have the urge to
learn something new by using their creative ideas.
2. It is also important that a good number of excellent authors and the writers should
join with the project as it will be easy to motivate the students to learn new kinds of
thing using their innovative ideas and views.
3. It can also be recommended that the idea of the StoryBoard bus should be used so
that students can learn and connect with the new art of learning and develop new
creative skills.
4. The creative thinking and writing should be promoted and encouraged by using
innovative techniques in the workshops.
5. The programs should also include the educators and teachers who has contributed
their help to StoryBoard. Following that Students should be encouraged and
rewarded for their creativity.
6. The successful techniques should be used to encourage to students to improve and
prepare themselves for the better opportunities in the future.

7. The programs should focus more on developing new skills so that the students feel
encouraged to use their creative ideas. They will feel happy to read or write
something different in more creative ways.
