hospitals. Otherwise, it will be a real trouble for the families of the patients to take the
patients to the hospitals in case of any emergency (Black 2013).
The primary care services should be very much available in all the cases. The best quality
doctors and nurses should always be recruited in the NHS governed hospitals.
The governance of the NHS should be made in a way that no problems should be faced
by the patients at the time of their operations (Kongstvedt 2012).
The clinically sustainable practices should be followed in Coventry and Warwickshire.
The NHS authority should make it sure that the budget funding should be made adequate
so the patients do not have to carry the burden of extra expenditure (Greaves and Millett
2012).
The NEL admissions should be brought down in this context as well (Kongstvedt 2012).
The workforce challenges should be overcome to make their services sustainable enough.
The pay roll of the employees should be increased as well. The cost analysis should be
