INTRODUCTION
Strata management is the process which makes coordinating over affairs which makes
meetings,collecting and maintain financial accounts within an organization. In this aspects
related to various affairs of management is covered.

1.Is the cause of the conflict because of a breakdown of communication, differing legal concepts
and changes in law or differing views of the underlying facts?
Yes, in this case lack of communication. It can be observed form the scenario that general
meeting is required to be conducted in order to make sure that parties present within scenario is
able to come to an common out with better solutions. The NSW law which is applicable In the
scenario is professional standards act 1994 that has been formed in order to provide limitation of
liability to members within certain circumstances helps in improving standards of services
provide by member(Zulkifli, Rahman and Bernad, 2021).
2.Is there a way for the two parties to compromise on their position?
Yes, this can happen with the help of negotiation which makes both parties come over an
common point. Through this both parties can come to common point of discussion. Since in this
case the problem accrued is not serious in nature that is why ADR is applied within it.
3.Identify the possible barriers to compromise and assess if they are barriers of a legal nature or
otherwise;
In this case the most possible barrier which has been marked out is lack of
communication which has created barrier in solving problems at earliest time possible.
Communication has acted as barrier in a way that both parties has not talked to each other(Sood,
2018).
4.Present at least one possible solution to the dispute that both parties would eventually agree
upon
Negotiation is one of the most appropriate legal solution which is been applied in more
effective manner. This helps in making problems discussed and all important elements over the
issue marked out making both parties act neutral.

What limitations you may have encountered?
The three major potential risk which can arise are economic risk, security risk and
Financial risk. Economic risk is based over that kinds of risk that has been affecting directly
profit and revenue generated by an organization through sales, production and manufacturing.
Security risk this is that kind of risk that has been directly affecting working of an organization
internally by leaking of important data. Financial risk it is that kind of risk which directly affects
budget and other financial resources of an organization(Plewa and et. al., 2017).
How you would source feedback from the management team about your Findings?
Risk management process the process of identifying, monitoring and managing potential
risks in order to minimize the negative impact they may have on an organization. This process is
helpful in generating appropriate feedback over the risk that has been identified. Further
feedback can be attain with the help of 360 feedback method which makes appropriate solution
marked out in more effective way.
How the information is to be maintained securely to ensure confidentiality?
Confidential policy can be used which makes various kinds of secret information
protected and helps in managing risk in appropriate manner. Also WHS policy is to be used for
appropriate solution.
It has been analysed form scenario that Annual General Meetings should be conducted
which helps in analysing these problems in more effective manner. Through this meetings all

Workplace Health and Safety policy is required to be used by an organization in making
an organization and its employees attain fairness within various process of an organization. Also
these policies helps in making health and safety standards of an organization form perspective of
employees. This has been mandatory in relation to develop rules regarding health and safety of
an organization. A workplace health and safety management system is a set of policies,
procedures and plans that systematically manages health and safety at work and can help to
minimise the risk of injury and illness from workplace operations.
2. What does the policy instruct employees to do in the event of fire or evacuation?
If due to any reason fire accident has taken place within an organization then in such
condition that alarm should be raised and no panic should be created. Also the building id
required to be emptied on immediate basis. These steps helps in making sure that all persons is
been protected form such disasterKeang( Sood, 2018).
3. When was the policy last reviewed?
On 1 November 2017 the Work Health and Safety Amendment (Penalty Notices)
Regulation 2017 (NSW) has been review which made section 70 to 80 changed regarding
managing risk over fall at workplace and emergency. Alos in this rescue procedures relating to
fall arrest systems is been covered.
As per the scenario it has been observed that Work Health and Safety Amendment
(Penalty Notices) Regulation 2017 is applied in order to develop those standards holding
importance over maintaining health facilities for employees.

emerging danger. That has made various kinds of problems causing death of employee.

distances. These steps followee properly helps in controlling it in more effective
way(Amirthalingam, 2017).

Training programme can be base over providing information regarding its symptoms and
making people understand about importance of vaccination. Arranging of free vaccination camp
promotes more safety within an organizational premisses.
Strata Committee Meeting is required to be conducted which helps in understanding
about needs of employees to be fulfilled and issues related over conflicts solved more
effectively.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that Strata Management is the process by
which an organization develops proper framework leading upon developing process which helps
in making an organization attain proper laws regarding management. Further in this file things
covered is based upon ADR with workplace health and safety regulation. Also in this risk
