Introduction
The summary report is based on the preparation of an overall analysis of the two
SAW that has considered the role of the managers in ATHA Corporation The following
summary has presented an effective analysis of the managerial activities and have assessed
their roles in the marketing procedures of the business organization. The SAW of the report
has included the role of the mangers in the retention of the employees, appointment of the
new employees and also to create new organizational chart and improve the performance of
the employees.
Summary
The presentation of the detailed table in the chapter has led to the determination of the
roles of the manager in the allotment of vacancies and the retention of the employees. The
determination of these roles has helped to get a clear understanding of the role of the
managers and the understanding of the compact role of the managers. The managers plays an
important role to decide on the strategies of the business organization in each and every steps
that includes the determination of the retention strategies and also providing approval to the
steps to be followed in the formulation of the organizational chart and increasing the
performance of the employees. The SAW of both the sales and marketing as well as the SAW
of Human Resource can be said to be linked with each other. The tasks of one department has
direct or indirect links with the tasks of the other department. It has been seen that the tasks
like retention and employee recruitment drives helps the sales and marketing department to
produce a better result as it helps the management of the business to promote the product with
the help of the specially able and capable employees.
