requires a proper leadership and management to make those changes in the organisation. In order
to identify the changes which are required to be made in the organisation it is essential to know
the strength as well as weaknesses of the organisation. It will also help the organisation to make
strategic plans in the organisation for the sake of future growth. Before registering with Fitness
Australia, Bounce fitness finds so many problems in the organisation which needs to ratify over
time. In order to complete this it is required to perform SWOT analysis of Bounce Fitness which
helps to know the area of weakness and threat in order to make it strength and opportunities for

paying fixed cost which create loss to the organisation. The organisation has planned a strategic
change in the organisation which incurred a high cost in providing training to the employees but
the lock down due to COVID19 increase this cost as it became essential for the organisation to
provide the training again to the employees. The fitness centres are not considered in essential
services that is the reason the government provide them late instructions to open their business
which also have a negative impact on the business of the organisation. The downfall in the
economy of the country affects the political stability which affects the business of the
organisation.
